Greg Swope serves as Chief Information Officer of PatientCare EMS Solutions, where he leads enterprise technology, security, and data strategy across the organization’s operations. He brings more than 25 years of senior technology leadership to the role, with a focus on building unified, scalable platforms that enable operational excellence and support the company’s growth. Greg partners with leaders across PatientCare’s family of operations, to centralize and consolidate applications across the enterprise, modernize infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, and leverage data, analytics and AI to drive better decisions and deliver the highest standard of patient care.
Prior to joining PatientCare, Greg held senior information technology and security leadership roles across the healthcare sector, including as Vice President of Information Technology and Security at Careforth, and as CIO at Ethos Veterinary Health and AlerisLife/Five Star Senior Living. Earlier in his career, he held technology roles at RMR Group/Sonesta Hotels, Orbitz, RightNow Technologies (acquired by Oracle), and Sapient Corporation, giving him a broad foundation across healthcare, hospitality, and enterprise software. Throughout his career, Greg has specialized in IT modernization, cybersecurity, data and analytics, and integrating technology across complex, multi-site organizations.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from Franklin & Marshall College.
