Vrenely Munoz

Vrenely “Kiki” Munoz serves as Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at PatientCare EMS, bringing more than 25 years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership, including 22 years focused on EMS and related healthcare services.

Her experience includes executive revenue cycle roles at DocGo and Integrated Home Care Services, where she led large-scale billing operations, managed multi-state teams and portfolios, and improved cash performance through disciplined payer strategy, KPI development, and scalable revenue cycle infrastructure. She is known for strengthening billing integrity, documentation-to-revenue alignment, and financial accountability in complex healthcare environments. Vrenely holds an Executive MBA in Healthcare Services Administration from Novo Southeastern University.
