Aaron Castro

Aaron Castro serves as Senior Vice President of the Southwest for PatientCare EMS Solutions, where he leads operations and growth across the region. He founded Superior Mobile Health in San Antonio in 2011 to expand access to quality, affordable medical transport, and under his leadership the company grew from a single ambulance to a fleet of more than 80 units supported by over 300 team members, serving thousands of patients each year across multiple Texas counties.

Aaron also serves as Vice President of the Texas Ambulance Association, where he advocates for EMS policy, education, and system integration, work that continues to drive growth and innovation across the broader EMS community. This combination of entrepreneurial leadership, operational experience, and industry advocacy positions him to expand access to dependable emergency medical services for the patients, partners, and communities served by PatientCare EMS Solutions.
