Doyle Simonson

Doyle Simonson serves as Senior Vice President of Fleet Services for PatientCare EMS, bringing more than 35 years of EMS and fleet leadership experience. A Critical Care Paramedic with extensive training in automotive technology, he leads fleet strategy with a focus on safety, operational efficiency, reliability, and team development across complex EMS environments. Doyle has directed fleet programs for some of the nation’s largest EMS organizations, overseeing multisite operations and teams of up to 3,500 employees.

His accomplishments include establishing an ambulance remount center, developing an ambulance repower program, rebuilding enterprise fleet operations, strengthening preventive maintenance programs, and launching new fleet shop locations. His combination of frontline EMS experience and large-scale fleet leadership supports safe, dependable vehicle operations and sustained readiness across the organization.
