Harry Fisk
Harry Fisk serves as Chief Financial Officer for PatientCare EMS Solutions, bringing more than 25 years of CEO and CFO experience building scalable, multi-site healthcare platforms. He has served as a trusted partner to numerous private equity sponsors, health system operators, and physician practice groups, drawing on decades of experience as a healthcare operator, investment banker, consultant, attorney, and CPA to combine disciplined financial leadership, systems-driven infrastructure, and data-based decision-making that establishes accountability and drives growth.
Prior to joining PatientCare, Harry served as Chief Financial Officer of a leading national EMS provider, where he implemented a new ERP platform, drove process improvement across revenue cycle management, finance, and accounting, and created the foundation for market-leading growth. He has held CFO roles at numerous multi-site, private equity-sponsored healthcare companies across verticals including dermatology, allergy, urgent care, fertility, hospice, physical rehabilitation, ambulatory surgery centers, and gastroenterology. His work frequently centers on implementing ERP systems, converting companies from cash to accrual accounting, and assessing the revenue cycle, accounting, and finance functions, establishing the platforms necessary for rapid, scalable growth. This depth of experience across healthcare finance and multi-site operations positions him to support disciplined growth for PatientCare EMS Solutions and the communities it serves.
Harry earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law and was admitted to the Arkansas Bar (inactive). He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hendrix College. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
