Jeffrey Shullaw is an accomplished emergency medical services executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning patient care, operations, compliance, business development, finance, and technology. Throughout his career, he has been recognized as a trusted partner to hospitals and health systems, combining clinical excellence, innovation, and disciplined operational leadership to deliver dependable transport solutions.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Shullaw served for more than a decade as President and Chief Executive Officer of Midwest Medical Transport Company, following ten years as General Manager. In those leadership roles, he expanded long-term partnerships with hospitals and regional health systems, helping clients improve transport coordination, increase visibility into performance, and support patient flow across diverse care settings. He also helped develop proprietary software that enhanced transparency and informed a data-driven growth strategy. His experience includes designing tailored EMS solutions for markets ranging from super-rural communities to large urban environments, leading operational turnarounds, and building cultures centered on collaboration, safety, responsiveness, and service excellence.
