John Whitaker

John Whitaker serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for PatientCare EMS Solutions, bringing nearly 30 years of healthcare leadership experience across anesthesia, physician services, dental support organizations, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations build high-performing teams, strengthen culture, navigate organizational transformation, and develop the leadership and talent needed to thrive during periods of growth and change.

Over the past decade, John has served in executive human resources leadership roles for private equity-backed healthcare organizations, partnering closely with executive teams through periods of rapid growth, transformation, and acquisition. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for National Partners in Healthcare. Previously, he held senior leadership roles with Sage Dental Management, DentalOne Partners, Baylor Scott & White Health, CVS Caremark, Alcon Laboratories, and Pritchett, LP. In his role at PatientCare, he partners with leaders across the organization to build an exceptional employee experience, develop future leaders, strengthen company culture, and establish PatientCare EMS Solutions as the employer of choice in the EMS industry.
